Shiritori
Shritori is a Japanese game that practises using letters. The idea is that you must connect two words together using the same letter.
If I use the example word BOOK, the next player must find the last letter of this word (K) and think of a new word that starts with this letter. For example, KEY. Now, the next player must find the last letter of this word (Y) and think of a new word that starts with this letter. For example, YELLOW. This game continues with lots of new players.
Book –> Key –> Yellow –> Wait –> Time
